SpiritLife will introduce you to the heart of DaySpring. Whether you're a young christian, new to the things of the Spirit, or wanting to get more involved in DaySpring life, SpiritLife is a great course for you. We encourage anyone who is new to DaySpring to make this course one of the first groups they sign up to.
What format will it be?
SpiritLife will run over 16 nights (1 semester) and an encounter day part way through.
What does it cost?
The costs will be for the weekend away (will be confirmed early in the
course).
The "Encounter" Day ...
This day will form a vital part of the course. It runs from 9am -
9:30pm on a Saturday. The focus will be on healing and freedom. The
format will include some teaching and a lot if interaction, worship,
and ministry.
What will SpiritLife cover?
Module 1 - The Journey Begins
This module will look at the key foundations of Spirit-filled iving - answering the questions of:
- What is God like?
- How does God see me?
- What about Jesus?
- Breaking down barriers between God and me.
Module 2 - Mastering the Course
This module will go deeper into the foundations of a Spirit-filled life - looking at:
- Religion or Relationship (Law Vs Grace).
- Hearing the Voice of God.
- Why & How Do I Pray?
- Getting the Most From the Word.
Module 3 - Disciplines of Grace
This module looks at how we function together as Christ's Body - the Church - looking at:
- God's design for His Church.
- Money Talk - what the Bible says.
- Restoring Relationships.
Module 4 - Authority to Serve
This module will take us to the cutting edge of growth - ministry and service. This will cover:
- The Foundation for Service - Character
- The Gifts of the Spirit.
- Discovering My Ministry.
- Impacting the World Around Me.
